General Terms and Conditions for E-commerce

1. General

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between [Borett Webbutik AB] [556911-6006] ("Company") and you, the consumer placing an order through [www.nooliliving.se] ("Website"). Detailed contact information and other information about the Company can be found on the Website. These Terms apply only to you as a consumer placing an order and purchasing goods through the Website.

In addition to these Terms, the Company's Privacy Policy applies. The Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal information when you shop with us. If you are a private individual, you must be over 16 years old and not under guardianship to place an order. If you are under 16 years old, your guardian's consent is required to place an order with us.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, but the changes that you accepted at the time of your purchase always apply to that specific purchase. All changes will be indicated in the latest published version of the Terms on the Website. Changes take effect once you have accepted the Terms, i.e., when you make a new purchase.

2. Agreement and Order

To complete a purchase through the Website, you must accept these Terms. After receiving your order, the Company will send an order confirmation to you via email as soon as possible, confirming the order. A purchase agreement is only entered into when the Company has confirmed the order in writing, and you have received the order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example, if you have provided incorrect information or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to items being out of stock. Please note that we do not backorder products that are temporarily out of stock. Such products must be reordered at a later time.


3.Product Information, etc.

We reserve the right to sell out of products and correct any image or typographical errors on the Website, in advertisements, or other marketing materials, as well as product descriptions. The Company has the right to correct such errors, change or update information on the Website, and continuously make product changes and improvements.

Images on the Website showing products in advertisements and other marketing materials should be considered illustrations and not specifications of the product's characteristics, features, origin, or any warranty. The Company is not responsible for information on the Website coming from a third party.

The content on the Website is protected by copyright. Product names and logos may also be protected by trademark law or according to marketing law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, as well as information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices listed on the Website at the time of your order apply unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless circumstances clearly indicate otherwise. All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) or Danish Kroner if you choose to shop from Denmark, including applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment or shipping fees, which are stated separately. The total price for the order is shown before you complete the purchase and in the order confirmation.

The Company strives to include correct information on the Website. However, we reserve the right for the Website to contain typographical errors and incorrect prices, and we are not bound by prices that you realized or should have realized were incorrect. If an incorrect price is stated for an ordered product, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before the order is considered approved.

You can pay for your purchase using the payment options and according to the separate payment terms stated on the Website. We reserve the right to not always offer all payment options or to change the payment method if the chosen method does not work at the time of purchase.

 5. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Other Offers

The Company may occasionally run promotions, discount codes, and other offers for various products ("Offers"). For products covered by such Offers, the favorable price or terms apply during the limited period specified in connection with the current Offer or as long as stock lasts. Otherwise, these Terms apply.

Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise. When an Offer ends or is revoked, these Terms apply in full to the products previously covered by the Offer.


 6. Abandoned Shopping Cart

If you have added items to your shopping cart without completing a purchase, we will send you a reminder email about the products you have placed in the cart, provided that you:

  • are a customer and have not objected to marketing from us, or
  • have otherwise consented to receiving marketing from us.

You can opt out of marketing at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in the email you receive. You can recreate the shopping cart with all the products you have added to it. If you do not want to recreate the shopping cart, you do not need to take any action. Prices and product availability are based on the prices and availability that applied when you placed the products in the cart. We reserve the right to change prices in connection with various Offers and closeouts.


7. Delivery

Shipping costs are added to the order unless otherwise expressly stated in connection with your order. More information about the delivery options we offer can be found on the Website. Note that limitations may apply to the various options.

The delivery time may vary depending on the option you choose. The expected delivery time is stated on the Website and will be shown to you during the order process.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days from the date of the order confirmation. 

Delivery times are approximate, and deviations from these may occur. If your order is delayed, you will be notified.

Before delivery, you will receive a notification indicating where and when your order will be ready for pickup or delivery. It is your responsibility to receive or collect your order during the time specified in the notification. Packages are primarily collected in person with valid identification and the order number. For unclaimed orders, we have the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK for our handling costs and return shipping to us.

For home delivery, our transport company will contact you to arrange a delivery time. We assume the risk of transport, i.e., the risk of the item being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. However, you, as the customer, must inspect the item/items before the driver leaves the delivery location so that the driver can note any shipping damage. Any damage must be reported to us in writing via email to info@nooliliving.se. Pictures of the packaging, contents, and a description of the damage should be included in the report. We need this information immediately after delivery. You assume the risk in the event of a return to us. If the item is damaged, we will charge a fee for this damage.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Private Individuals

When purchasing products from the Website, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without stating any reason, with the exception of what is stated below. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product ("Withdrawal Period").

When making your purchase via the Website, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess your satisfaction with it. If, and to the extent, the product is handled more than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function, the Company has the right to make a deduction for depreciation from the amount that the Company will refund you. The size of the deduction corresponds to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product. If the item is returned damaged or if it has been used in a way that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied, the returned item will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for the return cost and any re-sending if the item is requested again.

Please note that certain products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:

  • Goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or that have otherwise received a clear personal touch;

By accepting the Terms, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered in a manner other than on a physical medium. In connection with an order for a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you should send a clear and explicit message to the Company before the Withdrawal Period has expired. For smooth processing, the message should include your name, address, order number, order date, email address, and the products you regret if the order includes multiple products. You can also use the standard form for the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed, see here.

Products should be sent to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The Withdrawal Period is considered to have been observed if you return the items before this fourteen-day period has expired. In the return of products covered by the right of withdrawal, you should pay the cost of return shipping and be responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive the product until we receive it. We therefore prefer the product to be sent in the original packaging and well-packaged with a traceable shipment.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount for the item. Shipping to you as a customer and return shipping of 995 SEK will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your item. Refunds will be made via the payment method you chose when placing your order unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. With Klarna, you can also check when the return has been registered by retrieving an updated version of your invoice.

If the item is damaged during transport, you can easily move the invoice forward while waiting for your replacement item. You also do this via Klarna 08-120 120 00. Transport damages: We assume the transport risk, i.e., the risk that the item is damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. However, you, as a customer, must inspect the item/items before the driver leaves the delivery location so that the driver can note any shipping damage. Any damage must be reported to us in writing via email to info@nooliliving.se. Pictures of the packaging, contents, and a description of the damage should be included in the report. We need this information immediately after delivery (at the latest 1 day after the item is handed over).

You assume the risk in the event of a return to us. If the item is damaged, we will charge a fee for this damage.

Deliveries Delivery times are specified in the shopping cart under each shipping method.

9. Open Purchase 

for Private Individuals In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Company offers all customers an open purchase for 14 days and the right to exchange. Returns should be made to the Company and handled as specified in section 8 above.

10. Warranty 

For products covered by a warranty, the warranty period and other conditions for you to be able to invoke the warranty appear in connection with the respective product description on the Website.

To be able to invoke the warranty, relevant purchase proof, receipt, and accompanying note must accompany the complaint. Note that special warranty conditions may apply to products from different suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, pay attention to this when reading the product description that applies specifically to your product.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

If you have questions regarding complaints, your right of withdrawal, or other issues related to your order, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

As a consumer, you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) via arn.se or by mail to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. In the event of a dispute, the Company follows ARN's recommendations. As a consumer, you also have the opportunity to complain via the EU's online platform for dispute resolution, which you can access through https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Disputes between businesses are settled in the general court.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.
